Wandering to Schoß Solitude

Went for an nice ride for lunch and made it to Schloss Solitude. There's a beautiful view from there, and there was at one time a spectacular garden, but that is no longer there, just trails. Will have to explore that more later on!

Wurtzburg, Germany

We had a splendid time going to Wurtzburg this past weekend. Actually, we had planned on going to Rothenburg but took a wrong turn and ened up there instead. Initially, we were just going to spend an hour or two there and then make our way back down to rothenburg, but there was just too much there to see to leave it!

Happy 8th, Daniel

We celebrated Daniel's Birthday tonight at the bowling alley. Daniel's first preference was for the back yard, but it's been cold and nasty and it's so much easier when the party's some where else!

On Memorial day we went to Fildorado, an indoor water park. Good thing it's indoors too... The highs have been in the 50s and it's been rainy and overcast. The neighborhood even turned the furnace for the radiators back on. So, now it's June... and we are wondering "Where's Summer!?!"
